Parked at Metro Plaza West in the parking lot on the south side of the building. NOT AT THE APARTMENTS. METRO PLAZA WEST is the 2 story office building in front of the apartments and across from the BP.

Worked out great. Shawn was a great host and communicated well with me on everything.

Pick up was at 6pm, he did not unlock the car until 6:15pm. Then as soon as I picked up I noticed there were issues with the car, I addressed them right away and his response was rude. Then upon return I had a full tank and took a picture and he tried to tell Turo that it was not at full. They did an investigation and ruled in my favor and canceled the additional charges! Would not recommend!!

Kristen received the tank on full. We filled it prior to her trip. Upon return it was 3 gallons low and she took pictures before driving back to the drop location and then idling. The car was not unlocked at 6pm because she waited until the last minute to verify her license. Kristen reported that the car needed an alignment although one had just been done and we offered to cancel the trip if she wasn’t comfortable to which she never responded. Hopefully she treats other hosts better.
