Ok so this was my first time using Turo and I must say I was nervous at first but everything went great. I had a low tire issue at the start of the trip and let me tell you Brooke was on it and got it fixed very quickly… I will highly recommend everyone to book through Brooke.

This was my first time using Turo. And I would be using them again. My host and co-host was very nice. The car was very clean and spacious. Just didn’t know i was being tracked with an AirTag until my phone kept connecting to an unidentified device. Overall my experience was great.

Thank you for the feedback. We never look at the tracking unless the car doesn’t return. Unfortunately there are people out there that think they can return when they get time, and they don’t pay for that time. We have to have a way to find the car because of these people. Most all rental cars have tracking devices of some sort, but like I said we never even look at the tracking unless the car does not come back.
