We operate a dedicated peer to peer car sharing services covering the Greater Seattle region on a full-time basis. Our team diligently tends to our vehicle fleet during standard business hours, seven days a week. Car deliveries are scheduled between 9 AM to 5 PM to streamline our focus on maintaining cleanliness and optimal conditions for our vehicles. As part of our commitment, we aim to deliver your vehicle to the airport as close to the agreed-upon time as feasible. In some cases, this might result in an early delivery to the airport, incurring a parking fee capped at $37. Rest assured, our priority remains providing efficient service while minimizing any additional costs for our customers. When it comes to airport pick-up and drop-off, your vehicle will be conveniently stationed in the main garage, conveniently situated directly across from the terminal. This location ensures a quick and easy walk without the need for any shuttle service. Upon returning the vehicle to the airport, simply park in the same garage and inform us of the spot number. Leave the parking ticket on the center console, return the key to its original location, and ensure the doors are securely locked. We cover the return parking fee if the vehicle is returned at the originally scheduled time. However, returning the vehicle earlier than planned may incur a return parking fee. If you anticipate an early return, please inform us promptly so we can adjust our return timing accordingly. We'll notify you at that point if any parking fee applies, based on our schedule. OTHER LOCATION DELIVERY: We can arrange other location pick up and drop off in Turo messaging. Guests will be responsible for any parking fee. Hosts are not responsible for the parking fee. FUEL: We always deliver our vehicle with a full tank of gas! Please refuel the full tank of gas upon returning our vehicle. If you don't have time to refuel, we will be happy to refuel for you but we need to be reimbursed for the gas amount. Turo will add a $10 convenience fee (which gets passed along to us). NO SMOKING AND VAPING: We (and TURO) have zero tolerance for smoking and vaping in any of our vehicles. This car will be available on Turo Go and so you can remotely access my car to unlock, as well as lock the car.
