Charge Level and Mileage: We request you return the vehicle within 10% of the charge level it was received. Adhere to any specified mileage limits to avoid additional charges. 7.   We take pride in providing well-maintained and clean cars for our guests. Each vehicle undergoes regular maintenance and is thoroughly cleaned before and after each rental.

• How do airport parking and parking fees work?

  We operate a dedicated car rental service covering the Greater Seattle region on a full-time basis. Our team diligently tends to our vehicle fleet during standard business hours, seven days a week. Car deliveries are scheduled between 9 AM and 5 PM to streamline our focus on maintaining cleanliness and optimal conditions for our vehicles. As part of our commitment, we aim to deliver your vehicle to the airport as close to the agreed-upon time as feasible. In some cases, this might result in an early delivery to the airport, incurring a parking fee capped at $37. Rest assured, our priority remains providing efficient service while minimizing any additional costs for our customers.

• How can I access the car for my rental?

  Detailed instructions for pickup will be provided prior to the start of your trip. The pickup location and process will vary depending on the car and location.
