Cars are not new. Minor cosmetic issues. Vehicles are professionally cleaned and maintained. We EXPECT 5-star review. If you can leave a 5-star review on a rental with a minor cosmetic issue, you’re our kind of CUSTOMER 😊. All cars are for sale. This 2008 Ford Escape XLT SUV is a great choice for commuting to work or a short road trip. V6 power with good gas mileage. City: 19 MPG, Highway: 24 MPG, Combined: 21 MPG -I pay for roadside assistance as part of my insurance. GUEST agrees they will NOT use Turo's roadside assistance (experience is they are unreliable and charge high fees to GUEST and HOST). -GUEST agrees they are personally liable for damages, agrees to settle outside of Turo for all overages not covered by their Turo protection plan, and agrees to directly pay HOST no later than 24 hours from the time they are notified of any damages or fees. -GUEST agrees to use estimate from AutoGlo Body Shop located at 2200 Flintstone Dr. Tucker, GA 30084. -GUEST agrees to immediately file a police report in case of any incident, never leave the scene before doing so, and to provide us with a copy including all details, driver exchange information, reports, photos, parties involved, etc. -GUEST responsible for actual cost of tolls, tickets, parking violations, and improper towing (improper towing is when a GUEST claims that a vehicle is inoperable when it is not, and this results in a tow). -GUEST understands, agrees, and authorizes use of electronic device(s) installed in the vehicle that track location, speed, and have the ability for remote starter disable.

**Remote Contactless Check-In** You will retrieve vehicle keys from lockbox on the driver's window when you arrive. ONLY primary driver can complete check-in and return. No one else can do it for you. Use the Turo app to take and upload photos. It’s fast, easy, and it walks you through everything. Walk around the vehicle and make sure it is safe. If you have a question, refer to the **I Need Help** section below. 1- 24 hours or less from start of trip... Use Turo app to upload a close up photo of driver's license for all drivers. Best to do this between 12p - 5p day before your trip starts. Reason - we have Turo verify all licenses. We don't want you standing next to the vehicle waiting on Turo (ain't nobody got time for that). 2- Upon arrival, take a selfie with your license close to your face. You AND the license must be in-focus; photo must clearly show your face (no mask). 3- Use Turo app to upload exterior photos of the vehicle. More photos are always better. Document pre-existing conditions you are concerned about. 4- Send us a message through Turo app that you are ready. We confirm photos are in the app and send you the lock box code. We can only send code after the necessary photos are uploaded. 5- Retrieve the vehicle keys from lockbox using the code provided. Unlock vehicle, remove lockbox from the window, store it in a safe place where it won't get lost (like trunk). Make sure the metal part of the lockbox doesn’t slide around and scratch stuff. 6 - Use Turo app to upload interior photos of vehicle. More photos are always better. Document any pre-existing conditions you are concerned about. 7- Drive safely and enjoy your trip. Note: it may be cold, raining, hot, etc. Plan accordingly. It will take 3-10 minutes for check-in depending on your phone, the Turo app, your cell signal, etc. These things are out of our control. Please plan accordingly. You can start the trip up to one hour early. **Fees** 1- Pets ($250) 2- Smoking/smoke odor ($250) 3-Evidence of Drugs ($500) 4- Excessive Speeding, 25 MPH over limit ($250) 6- Under Age / Unlicensed / Unlisted Drivers ($250) 7- Missing / damaged lockbox ($35) 8- Late return ($100) 9- Unsecured vehicle fee (unlocked, windows down, sunroof open, trunk open, door open, etc) ($100) 10- Lost / stolen / missing key ($250) **Rules** 1- Smoking in or around any Turo vehicle is not allowed. If you or your guest(s) are a smoker: DO NOT SMOKE, ANYTHING (tobacco, vape, weed, cloves, cigars, etc): In the car. Around the car. Do not smoke away from the car and then get into the car shortly afterwards. Do not allow your GUEST(s) to do this either. We will charge the maximum allowed fee for smoking and/or smoke odors. No exceptions. Many people seem to think Weed smoke leaves no smell. These people are wrong. 2- Make all communication through Turo app. 3- No pets. 4- No furniture, equipment, or tools loading / moving / etc without prior approval. **Returns** 1- Return the car to where you picked it up at any time before your trip ends. 2- Remove all personal belongings from the car. 3- Use Turo app to upload interior and exterior photos of the car. Take the same photos as when you started the trip. More photos are always better. Explain or identify any damages. 4- Leave keys and lockbox inside the car. Put them somewhere out of sight like glove box, center console, or under a seat. Make sure the metal part of the lockbox doesn’t scratch stuff. Be cool and let us know where you left them with a message on the Turo app. 5- Secure the vehicle; roll up all windows, close sunroof, close doors, trunk, hood, etc. Fees apply for unlocked and unsecured vehicles. 6- Make sure vehicle is locked when you leave. 7- ALL return times are firm. Late return fees WILL be charged. 8- Refunds for early returns are NOT approved. No credits/refunds issued for early returns. Requests to shorten the trip will be declined. No exceptions. **Extensions** 1- Life happens. We get it. Just know, we are probably going to DECLINE your extension request. In general, we decline all requests for extensions. Please plan accordingly and book the car for the time you need it. You can ask but EXPECT extensions to be declined. 2- If you do want to ask for a trip extension, please do so BEFORE the trip ends. If the trip ends before you extend, you will be required to return the car to the pickup location and complete the trip. No exceptions. 3- Late return fees will apply. Do not assume your extension will be approved. Plan to return the car on time. No exceptions. **I Need HELP** 1- Contact us FIRST through the Turo app for any concerns. We want to make sure you're taken care of. If for some reason we can't help, take clear photos of the car’s condition, upload them to Trip photos, and call Turo support. 2- Do not complete check-in if the vehicle is unsafe or unsatisfactory. Doing so may limit your ability to receive a refund and our ability to help you. 3- Contact us immediately if The car doesn’t meet legal requirements (missing license plate, registration, insurance card) The car is unsafe to drive (e.g. broken headlights, windshield, broken mirrors, physical damage) You have concerns regarding the car’s cleanliness and sanitization.

    YES! You may not be covered by Turo unless you pick their most expensive coverage plan. If you have personal insurance, you will have a deductible to pay. Contact Turo and your insurance company and ask questions to make sure you understand your potential out-of-pocket expenses.
