Shawna was fabulous. I’ve never used Turo before. Found Shawna and her Audi SUV on Turo. From the initial contact through dropping off the car, communication was great. The Audi was clean and in excellent condition. I highly recommend Shawna and her Audi.

Shawna was great. She checked in to make sure all was okay. We would rent with her over a rental car company again! Car was super nice and clean.

Shawna saved the day after another Turo car fell Thru literally as we landed in Traverse City. She was clear and concise and met us at the airport with her beautiful and clean Q5. Car drove wonderfully and was very comfy. I will use this car when we return to Michigan. Thanks for everything Shawna.

Shawna is amazing. Easy pick up, beautiful car - super easy return. The car was great, but working with Shawna was even better. My son fractured his femur in Upper Michigan the day before we were to return the car. Shawna worked out all of the details with Turo, so I could focus on my son. She’s an angel on earth! May be awhile before we return to MI, but I can’t say enough to great things about Shawna - 5 stars are not enough! Thank you!!!
