Violation of this policy will result in additional cleaning fees. 🛞 Eligible drivers: Anyone who will be driving the vehicle must be listed as an additional driver. Otherwise, you as the Guest will be responsible for any damages if the vehicle is damaged. 🔋 Charging Guidelines for Optimal Performance: To ensure an uninterrupted and enjoyable driving experience, your Tesla Model Y will be provided with an 80-90% charge upon pickup. We kindly request that you return the vehicle with the same charge level or opt for the prepaid EV recharge option before concluding your trip. Please be aware that any Tesla SuperCharger and idle fees incurred during your journey will be charged to you at the trip's end. ⚠️ Idle Fees Warning: Once the car reaches a full charge, Tesla will impose idle fees of $1.00 per minute for every moment the vehicle remains connected to the charger. It's important to note that a full charge using a SuperCharger takes approximately 30 minutes. The charger adapter and plug are conveniently located in the trunk for compatibility with other charging providers. In the event of loss or non-return of the cable and adapter, a replacement fee of $350, along with an administration fee, will be applicable. ⛔️ Battery Management: Please be attentive to the battery state of charge, and we kindly request that you do not allow it to drop below 10%. This precautionary measure is advised to prevent potential damage to the battery cells, ensuring optimal performance during your rental period. ⚠️ Critical Warning: Never Discharge to 0%: It is crucial to never let the battery level drop to 0%. Allowing the battery to reach this point may result in damage to other critical components, such as the low voltage battery, necessitating repair or replacement. In such cases, you will be held responsible for any associated repair and/or transportation expenses. 🔋 Overnight Battery Consideration: Please be mindful that the vehicle may experience a gradual battery loss when parked overnight. When planning your charging routine, account for this factor to ensure you have adequate charge for your intended journey. We appreciate your cooperation in adhering to these guidelines, ensuring a smooth and worry-free experience with our Tesla Model 3 Long Range. 🧽 Cleaning: The vehicle is to be returned in the same condition as you receive it. If the vehicle is returned back unreasonably dirty, you will be charged a cleaning fee of $150 which is under Turo's cleaning policy. 🎫 Tickets/Tolls: Driver is responsible for all tickets and tolls accrued during the rental.
