Car was great, awesome gas mileage and Shawn was there for any questions! First time renting from Turo and would definitely rent again!

Guest reported that they were going to use the vehicle for commercial purposes which is a violation of Turo TOS. We did not feel comfortable allowing the trip to proceed. Please do not book any of our vehicles if you intend to violate terms of service.

Everything started out ok, but quickly went downhill. The vehicle was dirty when I picked it up, but didn't say anything because it was cheap and you get what you pay for. After driving for a short amount of time, I noticed it pulled to the left and had a screeching noise. Upon returning, he messaged me and scolded me for not parking in the correct spot and "I'm surprised you didn't get towed or hit" when I parked it on the side of the street hugging the curb. Was very arrogant even after I apologizd and said "I know where to park, I live in the building" and was just straight up unprofessional. Will not rent from him again and do not recommend.

Jennifer returned the vehicle to the wrong block and parked in a no parking zone in the middle of the street. When I informed her of her error she argued that she returned it to the same location she picked it up from and played it off as if it was no big deal. She clearly doesn’t have a concern for taking care of others property and I would certainly not recommend renting to her.

Shawn was an excellent host! This was my first time using this service, and he made everything very easy. The car was in great shape and met all of my needs. The pickup location was very convenient with perfect access to the expressway. I would definitely use this service again, and Shawn would be the first host I would contact. Thank you for a seamless experience!
