Great jeep!
The only thing that bother me is that the key doesn’t have lock buttons, so I had to open/lock all the doors manually every time…

pickup convenience was great. but- Car had terrible strong smoke smell, did not seem to have actually been cleaned.
missing sun visor and no phone holder was provided and there was no GPS

From day one of receiving the Jeep automobile rental was not very pleasant at all.
My reservation was supposed to begin at 10 o’clock. I received a text from the delivery person stating that they were running late due to traffic.
Due to the auto rental being delivered late, I had to call and reschedule my appointments and was supposed to be enjoying my deserved PTO days from work. But, unfortunately that wasn’t the case.
Anyway, the Jeep finally was delivered and I went out to the front gate of my property and used the combination code to the lockbox and retrieved the key for the Jeep, unlocked the driver side door and opened it.
As I did I immediately smelled an extremely strong odor of marijuana and noticed that the seats were filthy.
I started the Jeep and also noted a warning light was on in the dash, I moved the Jeep inside the front gate of my property, I parked the Jeep and went inside and immediately contacted Brianna informing her with my concerns.
The response that I received was only concerning the light in the dash no response concerning the strong smell of marijuana and filthy seats.
I went to the store and decided to purchase an air freshener to see if that would help and it didn’t so I tried contacting Brianna again. That’s when the conversations with her became very stressful because it was just excuses on top of excuses.
I went ahead and took care of my errands, went to work and since I work in the base I approached the gate to show ID and due to the guard smelling what he thought as well was weed I was instructed to pull over and that’s when the questions began from the guard and explanations came from me gratefully I was able to proceed onto the base to conduct my business and leave without any repercussions.
That’s when I decided that since the owner Brianna apparently had no concerns, but excuses and was not willing to fix issues, I decided to cancel my auto rental reservation early, therefore due to not having any additional transportation, I had to cancel and reschedule all of my additional appointments.
Before making my reservation, I read some of the reviews and I wished I would’ve read further where there were additional auto rental customers of Brianna’s also complaining about the strong marijuana smell and filthy seats, but unfortunately It was just another lesson learned.
It just really upsets me on how customer service has definitely changed over the years and it wasn’t like I was complaining about issues that were not legitimately true.
The other thing is the way I was responded to about my concerns. At one point Brianna told me to keep my opinions to myself that she has her opinion and I have mine. Well others seem to agree with min. (I have proof of what was stated by messaged conversations, not by phone) She also mentioned that they were number one in the Tampa area,
I will agree to disagree on that statement and the one she made about a sheriff delivering the Jeep to me (Maybe a scare tactic that didn’t work on me) also that her company has a device that can detect whether any of her vehicles has been smoked in (cigarette or marijuana) and she stated that the device showed that the Jeep I rented did not detect it had been smoked in at all which again I will have to agree to disagree.
I normally never complain, but this was a bad experience and dealing with a owner of a company that has no concern for customer service,
So, I stated all of this because I wanted to alert others about the experience I had to learn and hopefully help anyone else from having the same experience that I did, that was definitely nothing close to pleasant.
I do hope that Brianna as the owner reads this, and begins listening to her customers legit concerns, that she kindly and respectfully responds without excuses and adding unnecessary stress to an already upsetting situation for a customer who is paying a lot of money and extra fees for a Auto Rental for whatever their reason may be.
