Great option verses regular rental companies, especially with the shortage of rental cars right now. Easy to deal with, and much larger selection of vehicles.

Car was great, got great gas mileage, Zain was great to deal with. Never using a traditional rental car agency again!

We had a fantastic experience with Kaitlyn and her Honda Pilot. The entire process was easy and Kaitlyn was very attentive and quick to respond to questions from a first time user of Turo. Her vehicle was clean, gassed up and ready to go when we arrived. We will use one of Kaitlyn’s vehicles when we return to Tampa next year.

Easy breezy and super experience. Zain made our rental experience the most painless one ever. From the first pre-trip messages, I could tell this would be a great trip. Picked up the rental car (a super-clean late model Honda HRV) in economy parking. Zain had sent easy to understand directions as well as pictures to guide us. Able to follow along and find it, unlock it, and hit the road easily. Minor damage to the vehicle already documented. And we had a go-to direct line of communication for any questions we had. Simple, fast, efficient. Such a professional process - Zain has it down to a science. Much appreciated the process and enjoyed every detail. Would 100% use Zain for his fleet again. 5 stars for thoroughness and convenience , would give 20 if possible!

First and Foremost Berto is a super nice guy! Made the process of renting a car so much better. When looking for a car on Turo, I was looking for something clean, practical, and convenient with competitive pricing. This Car exceeded it all. Super smooth and clean, felt like I was driving a new car. If you’re planning a trip to Tampa I would definitely recommend renting from Berto! Car (Honda Pilot) was very good and clean. The whole rental experience has been very positive. The only hiccup was at the beginning where I spent almost one hour to locate the car in the economy parking lot. A direct exchange like at the arrival gate would be so much perfect and timely.

Ahmad’s CRV was the perfect vehicle for our vacation to Tampa. He was a great host and included specific instructions for the pick up and drop off. I would rent the vehicle again for my next trip!

I loved the condition of the car and the great and fast communication with Luis! This car is perfect for families. I loved that luis was patient and guided me thru the whole checking and check out process since i was new to Turo! I recommend any person that is booking to take advantage of the carwash and gas option that Luis offer since the prices are decent! I personally didn't choose it and I paid more than expected for carwash and forgot to fill up the tank! Even tho Luis would take care of it thru Turo choosing this extra options are the most convenient. I would definitely book with Luis again! I wish him the best on this business! Muchísimas Gracias 😁

This was my first time using Turo and I was a bit apprehensive; however, Zain was great to work with. The detailed instructions for pick up were amazing. Got to airport (our flight landed at midnight) and all we wanted to do was get bags and get to hotel. His directions to finding the car were so great and this was so convenient. 99 issues with this trip but renting this car WASN’T ONE!! We had excellent communication all throughout, very clear instructions, great vehicle and zero issues. Will use again!
