The process was smooth. I so suggest more lighting in the area, especially when someone is picking up at your home. Car was ok there was a film on the windshield some type of solution so when we used windshield wipes it was cloudy film on glass. The car needs an alignment BAD.

I would like to start , by this guest looked intoxicated for her pickup, which is why she probably needed more light.
Failed to mention my staff answered all her questions for hours during her early morning pickup.
The film on the windshield, was due to her 4-5am pickup from the condensation . She did not warm up the vehicle or put the defroster on, just drove off. This vehicle just passed all inspections by a certified mechanic and Turo re verification , to continue being on the platform.

My first host did not show up after we rented the vehicle. Wanda was gracious enough to rent to us last minute and made the process super easy. The vehicle ran great and is really good on gas. I will 100% rent from her again and recommend her to anyone!!
