No stars should be an option. The car is not maintained. 2 front dry rotted tires with one being completely bald and the other with very little tred. He told me the car was hit “last night” and the side mirror was damaged. By the way, you are also paying the parking fee for however long the car is sitting there. He told me the car was hot last night, but the car was sitting in the garage for 2 days. The garage was dark and I could not see the gauge on the front passenger side, I think this is important later. I also let him know the breaks were squealing and he asked what that meant, (seriously)???
As I am driving this death trap, all of a sudden the low tire pressure light went on. This is the same side that was hit. Then the tire blew out! Since I was sitting there trying to communicate this to Turo and Vehicle Slum Lord I decided to make it back to where I was staying since I didn’t get far. That’s when the brakes went out!
Every time you tell this guy something he asks what that means. Again, unbelievable!
That car should have never been rented. I could have been killed If I made to the
highway. Just stay away from them.
Also, the parking attendant said this host is like the mafia. There are horrible

I have suggested to the Turo Support team that this guest be removed from the Turo platform. She was abusive and nasty in her writing. Plain inappropriate. Why is it that the very next review for this BMW X2 was reviewed at 5-stars? Why is it that the majority of our guests--thousands of people-- rate us 5-stars and write very positive things? The facts are this woman lost air pressure and ran the tire flat, shredding the tire beyond repair and also cracked a steel brake line. TOTAL ABUSE.

Car was dirty and I had to clean windshield just to see out. First day tire lights came on. When returning I found the entire process to be difficult and time consuming. I won't use again.
