We love introducing people to Turo and we'd love to be the first to host you! (Check out our reviews!) Q: I'm not in Surprise - will you deliver? A: YES! Check out the delivery options during booking and be sure to select the right one for you! Q: Is it a problem if I smoke/vape? A: YES! We want our vehicle to be in top shape for each guest! If there is any presence of smoke/vape, we charge a $250 fee to make it right. Q: Can I adjust drop-off/return times? A: YES! You'll need to be inform us ahead of time and keep us updated if anything changes. Q: I'm getting a delivery to the airport - can I avoid airport traffic? A: YES! We use The Parking Spot 2 for our airport delivery - it's a quick, free, 5 minute shuttle from the airport that drops you right at the car! No waiting for delivery, contact-free pickup, and no parking fees! We loved our experience when we found Turo and we want you to have the same experience! No more wondering if the rental agency is going to tell you "Yes, we have your reservation, but we don't have your car." Guidelines

We want you and our next guest to have the best experience possible! Here's what to do to make that happen: - Communicate! Let us know if you're early or running late - we'll do our best to accommodate you! - Take great care of the vehicle! No reckless driving, excessive speed, towing, or smoking/vape/odor - we inspect our vehicle upon return and will charge for any damages - especially smoking/vape/odor ($250 cleaning fee) - No pets/animals. As you can imagine, people love a clean car and pet hair/dander is especially tough to get out. Having to remove pet hair from the vehicle will incur an additional cleaning fee ($250). - Keep it clean and refuel for the next guest! Of course, sometimes you run short on time or would like us to do that for you - no problem! Simply add on the extra(s) to your booking and let us know! - Be aware of your mileage! We don't want to surprise you with any fees, so either purchase unlimited mileage or know that additional mileage will be charged as necessary. If you've read all of this - I appreciate you! Car was great. Four adults, two kids in car seats. Ton of luggage. Everything fit. Jason was quick to communicate and easy to work with. We had to extend the trip and he made it seem less. Would use him again in a heartbeat.
