First and foremost, at all times, please enjoy the vehicle! That being said, please note the following: 1) Premium fuel only. Receipt of fuel purchase is required. If low octane fuel is used, a charge for the required fuel additives to maintain engine integrity will be debited. 2) Please return the vehicle in the same condition it was delivered. Car washes with brushes are not permitted and will damage the ceramic coating ($250 re-application fee). Please use a basic wash at a touch-less service station or a self serve location if the vehicle is dirty. 3) While permitted, please refrain as much as possible from eating/drinking within the vehicle. Cleaning fees will apply for spilled foods and liquids. 4) No smoking/vaping or pets. If there are any lingering smells/debris, we will report the incident to Turo and charge the required detailing and cleaning service fee of up to $150.

• Do I have to pay the parking ticket while leaving the airport? Do I need a parking ticket when parking at the airport when dropping off?

  The vehicle is equipped with a SunPass that will permit you to drive into and out of the airport parking without directly paying if your trip is greater than 3 days. Along with any additional toll fees in excess of $15 (or 10% of the trip total).

• Am I allowed to drive on dirt or sand?

  Marked dirt roads and public beach access with sand parking lots are permitted. Unmarked dirt roads/paths (unless private property. ie farm/ranch/acreage drives) and beach driving are not permitted.

• What do I do if a warning or the check engine light comes on?

  In the event that a warning message or check engine light occurs, do your best to abide by the instructions in the warning. IE, if it says to pull over immediately, please do so. The same instruction to pull over immediately applies for a flashing check engine light. If the warning indicates an issue that is not immediate and you can continue to drive, please do so. The same instruction applies for a solid check engine light. Most check engine lights are emissions related and do not affect drivability. Once stopped and safe, please notify us immediately and we will coordinate to resolve the concern so you may continue your drive, or if required, begin the process to transition you into a different vehicle.

• What if I get a flat tire?

  A full size spare and roadside kit is under the rear trunk floor. If within the Tampa Bay area, please notify us of the flat tire and we will work to repair/replace the tire as soon as possible. If outside of the Tampa Bay area, please take the vehicle to the nearest service center to determine cause of flat and for repair/replacement.
