Terrel was very proffesional and we managed to pick-up and drop-off the car effortlessly with his instructions. The car itself was very enjoyable to drive and served us well for our trip.

Terrell was Great! When our trip got delayed by 4 hours he had no problem extending our rental by 3 hours so we could stay with our soldier for a little bit more, without charging us anything more. Highly recommend him!
