🚗 Tolls: Our vehicle comes equipped with a Sun pass for a seamless experience so you can utilize the express lane on toll roads and avoid having to stop and pay manually. After your trip ends, you'll receive an invoice via Turo for any tolls/violations incurred during your trip. Sunpass ID # 0637262210102 🚭 Smoking: There is a strict No Smoking policy, with that said please refrain from smoking/vaping inside the vehicle. If the vehicle is returned with a smoke odor there will be a $250 smoking violation, this is because we will have to detail the vehicle to remove the odor for the next guest. Please help us ensure the next guest has the same satisfactory experience you did upon receiving the vehicle. PETS: Please cover Leather & return vehicle clean. ⛽ Prepaid Gas: For a seamless experience, you can add prepaid gas for an additional charge of $55 so you can return vehicle at any level, however, please return the vehicle with enough gas to go to the nearest gas station. 🅿️ Parking Location: Vehicle will be located in Orlando International Airport (MCO) Surface Lots 1 and 3. South Park Place Economy Lot, if Surface Lots are full. Host will be responsible for the pick-up and drop-off parking fee which will be added to our Sunpass automatically🅿️. 🧹 Cleanliness: When you rent our vehicle, you will receive a clean and sanitized car. We do not expect you to return it in a detailed condition however, we will appreciate it if the vehicle is not returned in an excessively dirty condition. If vehicle has any significant spills, stains or an excessive amount of dirt, sand, pet hair this might result in a $150 detailing fee. If you are going to utilize an automatic carwash, we highly recommend using a touchless carwash. We want to ensure the next guest will receive the vehicle in the same pristine condition you received it. Change of plans: We understand plans can change, please communicate with us if you need a later drop off time. We also ask that you request a time change through the Turo app. This will ensure that we can try to accommodate any changes that might come up.
