With short notice I had to find a vehicle to get my family to the Ozark Empire Fairgrounds. So glad I found Eugene who responds promptly. He delivered the sporty Crossfire to my workplace clean and ready to go. This was my first time using the app and Eugene made it seamless. Thank you for the fun ride to the fair.

Gene was very professional and nice he had complimentary bottled water and a new c type charger that really helped with kids media distractions on the trip 8 hrs one way I was frantic planning this trip all other rental companies near me wanted my arm and half my leg but genes suburu was just what we needed and could afford for a 4 day trip along with being able to return it on a holiday when rental companies stuck u with extra days due to not being open the car ran great comfortable for 5 people only cost about 180 bucks for 1000 mile trip defiantly will use gene again in the future.

Eugene was good at communicating. Pick up was easy - drop off was communicated well since I had to park it. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because the passenger seatbelt was stuck so my sister had to sit in the backseat the whole trip. He did offer to have roadside assistance help - but our short trip was jam packed so we just dealt with it. Would have been nice to be credited somehow for the inconvenience though.
