How do I start the car?
Key FOB must be inserted into slot before pressing Start/Stop button.
Is EZ pass included
No. Guests are responsible for bringing their own toll transponder. Any tolls billed during the trip will be invoiced as the tolls are received by the host (note that this can sometimes take a month or longer). Some states charge administrative fees for toll by plate invoices.
Is smoking allowed?
This is a hard NO. All of my cars are NON-SMOKING. You will be charged the full $150 violation fee if you smoke in my cars. Thank you for respecting this condition.

Car broke down. 161,000 miles. Stranded for 5 hours. Ordered us an Uber which was a carolla and couldnt even fit our luggage in car. Uber driver stopped to do a door dash with us in the car. Uber driver dropped us off before our air bnb and had to pay a local to take us to house. Was told car would be fixed by 11am next day and didn't get car till 6pm at night. We were stranded for 2 days of our 3 day vacation. These cars are not reliable and have to many miles on them. Look else where.

I’m sorry for your negative experience and I’m sorry you weren’t able to understand that an alternator can fail without any warning signs. I paid for your uber out of pocket as well as spending several hours coordinating an immediate repair once the issue was identified. I even paid to have the car towed to you after repairs were finished so you could finish your trip. I’m sorry that even with all the effort you still felt you had to give a 1 star review.
