The X5 was very comfortable and drove well. I was able to connect my iPhone via CarPlay and felt right at home! Shannon was extremely easy to work with and was quite helpful. I would not hesitate to rent from her again.

Trunk doesn’t latch, so back up camera may be disabled. Some of the parts are poorly maintained. Host has lots of warnings that should not have to be addressed for a typical driver like smoking and hitting curbs. Seemed passive aggressive for the price willing to pay.

The road rash policy along with the no smoking policy in the vehicles is standard, and is sent as a friendly reminder for all guests - I apologize if this was taken personally, as all my guests who have highly rated me and their experience, receive the same message. Fixing the rims and tires, along with getting rid of smoking smells is extremely costly, and can affect future guests and their experience. Thank you again.
