Claire made things easy by leaving the car at the airport for us and communicating with clear, easy to understand instructions as to where it was and how to get it. The car was clean, great to drive, has a nice sound system and all the modern conveniences you'd expect from a late model Audi, including heated seats....which is a GREAT feature when two people have a different idea of what hot and cold are! The all-wheel drive gave us peace of mind in the snow, slush and rain. Overall, I'm very happy with this rental experience and you will be too!
