The Zotic Luxury team was great to work with. Super responsive through the app. Very professional. I unfortunately fell Ill during my trip, and they came and picked up the car from my location with no questions asked. It's the little things that make you remember why you picked them.

Pickup was easy, the vehicle was great, and everything went well. We enjoyed our trip and were glad to use Turo.

Pickup/Drop-off was easy and communication was good. Car is nice and features all in working order, but the 'Service Needed' notification was on the entire time. Received 'low oil' notification on day 3 of a 5 day rental. Put in 2 quarts of oil over next two days and was safely able to return vehicle. Also had a 'low tire pressure' indicator on day 4 (cold morning) and had to put a few lbs of air in the right rear tire. Was surprised to run into maintenance issues with a 2021.
