*This review is for Berlin City Rentals specifically – not for the Nissan Kicks. BCR swapped out the car for a comparable Honda HRV on the morning of drop off.* This was my first Turo experience and it couldn’t have gone smoother. Drop off was on time, communication was excellent and the company rep was friendly and courteous. I would definitely book again with BRC!

1st time using Turo. It went perfectly. Good vehicle, easy pickup, easy drop off, very responsive car owner via the messages in the app. The big rental companies had no cars so I found Turo, but this was actually much better.
