Cathy’s Escalade ESV was awesome!! More than enough room for my family of 5 with 5 large suitcases and 2 smaller. Pick-up and drop-off was incredibly easy. She responded quickly to any question. She was thoughtful and kind, providing bottles of water for my family and a charging cord for an iPhone on pick-up. The SUV was impeccably clean and easy to drive. The front seat massagers were a big hit! Both vehicle and communication were excellent.

LAX is very challenging, but they helped us navigate through all the rules for picking up and dropping off the car. The Escalade was in great condition, perfectly clean, no odors, etc. I would use them again.

Cathy and Daniel were great hostess. The car had upgrades that made the trip comfortable and fun. Definitely renting from them again. Great service, communication, and availability.
