This is a 2021 VW Tiguan SE R-Line, that has very low usage and is ready to be rented and used for all of your personal needs. This care is very reliable and I have no usage for it as I am working from home for the remainder of the year. Perfect for personal or business travel! Comes with navigation, leather seats with heated seats! I am excited to provide this 2021 Volkswagen Tiguan at a great rate to users of the Turo Community! This is the perfect vehicle for road trips or shorter trips around the city. Easily fits 4 people and 5 if you need to with a spacious trunk, also has a 3rd row seat if you have more in your party. Located conveniently near Glenmont Metro Station in Silver Spring, MD! Options – Gas Mileage 23-29 MPG – Leather Interior - Sunroof - Apple Car Play - Heated Seats - Automatic Transmission - Spacious Trunk - Great Handling - Multiple Phone Charging Ports - Keyless Start PickUp/Drop Off: -Located within 15 minutes from Downtown Silver Spring, the car can easily be picked up and dropped off easily and hassle free! Guidelines No smoking or vaping of any kind No pets or eating in the car please! If you do smoke or have pets in the vehicle, you will be subject to the maximum $250 fine. If you need anything, feel free to ask, and I will try to accommodate your request. The vehicle will be photographed before/after each trip. Any noticeable scrapes or dents will incur repair fee. No smoking/marijuana/fragrance/air freshners, any lingering smell will be reported to Turo and charged up to $150 All trips can start only at booked "trip start time" or later and end on or before booked "trip end time". If you want to get vehicle earlier than it booked, or you need it for a longer time, please go to your trip details and push "modify trip button" to request a change. Instructions: - The car will be ready for you clean with a full tank of gas. To avoid TURO charging you any administrative fees and cleaning/fuel charges, please return the vehicle in the same condition (clean with a full tank of gas). Car is equipped with a EZPass and I will request reimbursement for any tolls used during the trip. My goal is to make your rental experience as enjoyable and easy as possible. If there is anything I can do to make your trip better, or should you have any special requests/needs for your rental, please do not hesitate to ask! Faqs • Can I let someone else drive the car ? Only the person who rents the car is insured to drive the vehicle. If you expect that someone else might drive the vehicle, simply upload their valid driver license to the TURO app. It’s very easy to do. Unfortunately, failure to do this will cause insurance to be void, and you will be personally liable for the full cost of any damage • Need to pick up the car early? Simply log into the app and change your pick-up time. Insurance coverage is only valid during the booked time listed on the app. We kindly ask that if you need to pick up the vehicle early that you go into the TURO app and adjust your rental time accordingly. It’s very easy to do. (TURO does not want us to release a vehicle to a renter unless the rental period has started.) Likewise, if you will be late returning a vehicle, you must call and notify TURO at 1-866-735-2901 so that you will be protected with insurance coverage. • Returning the car late ? If you will be late returning a vehicle, you must call and notify TURO at 1-866-735-2901 so that you will be protected with insurance coverage. Please note that sometimes a vehicle has back-to-back rentals and can be going out only an hour after it’s returned. Any late return will lead to a late return fee according to Turo regulations • What if there is damage to the vehicle or get info an accident? Please notify us of any damage or accidents that happen during your rental. We appreciate your honesty and will work with you to solve the problem. • Can I park my vehicle on your street while I enjoy your rental? Yes, you can safely park your car on my street while you enjoy your rental. Plenty of free street parking, and it's also a very safe neighborhood. However I will not be responsible for your vehicle during the rental. • What type of gas should I use to fill the car? and do I need to fill the gas tank when returning? Regular unleaded gasoline 89+ Octane. Yes, you need to replace the gas to the level it was at when you first took delivery of the car. For your convenience, I can fill the gas for you and send you a bill through the Turo App at the end of your trip. • How should I handle bridge tolls? The vehicle is registered with EZPass. You do not need to stop at the toll plaza and you may use the EZPass lanes. I will bill you at the end of your trip through the Turo App. • Do I need to wash the car when returning? No, do not wash the car when returning. A cleaning fee will only be charged in severe cases related to the interior, e.g. spilled liquids, pet hair removal, smoke smell, etc. • How do I add a second or third driver to the trip? Before adding another driver, they would need to create a Turo account and get approved similar to how you, the primary driver was setup in the first place. Under the trip section there is a place to add the approved driver's email address.
