Taking a family vacay, this one has a luggage rack for extra hauling capacity. If you are flying in to our beautiful state, BNA only allows Turo customers to drop off and pick up in certain areas so when we drop it off, we will message you to let you know which parking lot it is in and how to get to it. There is a $20 parking cost that is NOT covered in your rental fee. We have no control over this cost due to the parking restrictions enforced by BNA. It is not a Turo fee. We deliver to BNA international airport for free. We can deliver to your home address within 25 miles of Shelbyville, TN for free. If you are staying at a local hotel that has shuttle service to and from the airport, we can deliver to your hotel for FREE. No having to take an airport shuttle to find your vehicle and paying airport parking fees. When you're ready to return to the airport for departure, simply leave the vehicle at the hotel with the key at the front desk and we'll pick it up. MAKE SURE TO LIST THE HOTEL AS WHERE YOU'RE TRIP BEGINS TO AVOID ANY EXTRA EXPENSE FROM BNA. If you are picking up onsite, we will message you the address and pickup instructions within 24 hours of your arrival time. We do not offer on-site parking, so you would need to have someone drive you to pick up the vehicle.
