🚭 No Smoking or Vaping in the car. - Violation of this policy will result in a $150 cleaning fee. 🚫 NO PETS - Violation of this policy will result in a $150 cleaning fee. * * * * TURO TERMS OF USE * * * * 🔴 If you return the car in a condition that could have only resulted from irresponsible or abusive behavior, we may charge you a violation fee of $150* plus an additional 3% processing fee. 🔴 If you fail to replace the gas before returning a vehicle, your host will charge you a $10 convenience fee in addition to their cost to replace the gas. 🔴 Guest cancellation fee (outside the free period): If your trip was two days or shorter, we’ll charge you half of one day’s trip price and trip fee. If your trip was longer than two days, we’ll charge you one full day’s trip price and trip fee. If you chose delivery, we’ll charge half of any delivery fee. 🔴 Late return fee: If you return a vehicle 2 hours or more past the trip’s scheduled end time, you will be charged a $20* fee, in addition to the cost of your additional use of the vehicle. (30 minutes to 1 hour 59 minutes late: ½ the average daily trip price, 2 hours or more late: Average daily trip price for 1 day) 🔴 The host will verify the guest or guests driver license during the check-in process. Only authorized drivers may pick-up and operate the vehicle. A valid copy of the primary guest's auto insurance card must also be provided to the host during check-in. 🔴 This vehicle is equipped with GPS tracking & Dashboard cameras. Turo has the right to use device data in the following circumstances: To recover a car (i.e. if the vehicle is missing or the guest fails to return the vehicle at the end of the trip). To end the trip early, suspend a guest’s account, and/or reduce or void coverage under the guest’s protection plan if Turo receives a report of reckless driving or other careless or unsafe behavior. (Tampering with or disabling these devices is a violations of Turo's terms of use)
