I rent for a 4 day ski trip. The car is well maintained and easy to drive. Fit perfect for 1 to 2 people with snow gears at the back. Yuanning was very helpful and proactive in communication. Have a super smooth check in and out.

Yuanning was amazing right from the very start - once I secured the reservation, she messaged me right away and the whole process felt like renting a car from a trusted friend. My family was visiting from out of town and I never felt stressed about the car rental because I knew that she would have our back. The pick-up and drop-off processes were very easy, thanks to Yuanning’s instructions. She wrote really clear, easy to refer to messages. She also responds super quickly if you ever have any questions. The car is in pristine condition, very roomy and comfortable, with all the bells and whistles. The speakers are great! The sensors made parking easy. My family and I enjoyed it very much. Thank you Yuanning!
