Premium Gas type is needed for filling the tank. Absolutely No Smoking. Any Smoking evidence found will result in smoke smell removal charge which is from $50 - $200. No Pets please, to both protect the vehicle and help future guest's with specific allergies. Please return the car in the same condition of cleanness as the car was delivered/picked-up, you can also choose the post-trip clean service in the extra services for $15 to let us clean the interior and exterior of the vehicle. The $15 cleaning service charge doesn’t include excessive amount of sand and trash. Yang was responsive to all my questions. Yang provided clear directions so pick up and drop off at the airport was easy, even at early morning hours. The car was exactly as described, clean and in good working order. We had zero issues. I would very rent from Yang again.

Yang was an excellent host and accommodated our requests. The car was clean and ran smoothly during our entire trip, including visits to the coast as well as Mount Hood area. Will book again when we’re back in the Portland area.
