To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for both you and future guests, please review and follow these guidelines: ⛽ Fuel ⏩ Please return the vehicle with the same fuel level as when picked up (usually full). 💵 A refueling charge will apply if the car is returned with less gas. 🧼 Cleanliness 🧽 Please return the car in the same clean condition as received. 🧺 Light dirt is expected, but excessive mess (e.g. sand, pet hair, smoke, spills) may result in a cleaning fee. 🚭 No Smoking 🚫 Absolutely no smoking or vaping inside the vehicle. 🧾 A smoke removal fee of up to $250 may be charged if detected. 🐶 Pets 🐾 Pets are allowed with prior approval only. 🧹 Please clean up after your pet to avoid cleaning fees. ⏰ Timeliness 📲 If you need more time, request a trip extension through the app before the trip ends. 💸 Late returns may result in late fees per Turo policy. 📍 Toll Roads & Tickets 🛣️ If you selected the toll pass add-on, you’re welcome to use express lanes and toll bridges. 📮 If not, please avoid toll lanes or expect to cover tolls and processing fees. 🧾 All parking, traffic, or speeding tickets incurred during your trip are your responsibility. 🛑 Prohibited Use ❌ No track driving, off-roading, racing, towing, or using the vehicle for delivery/rideshare (Uber, Lyft, etc.). Turo will not cover any damages or incidents from prohibited use. 🧳 Lost & Found 🎒 Please double-check for personal items before returning the vehicle. We are not responsible for items left behind, but will do our best to help return them. • Where is the car located?

  ✈️ If you selected airport delivery, the car will be parked in the general parking garage near the terminal no Shuttle required. You’ll receive detailed instructions with the exact location and parking level before your trip starts. 🏠 For home pickup, the address will be visible after booking, and we’ll message you detailed instructions.

• Can I add a second driver?

  👥 Yes, additional drivers are allowed but must be added through the Turo app and approved by Turo before driving. Unauthorized drivers are not covered by Turo’s insurance.

• Can I drive the car to Canada?

  Yes, you're welcome to take the vehicle into Canada! 🇨🇦 We just ask that you please add the “Unlimited Distance” extra at checkout to cover the additional mileage. It ensures you can enjoy the trip without worrying about overage fees. Let me know if you have any questions or need help adding it!

• Do I need snow chains for trips near Seattle during winter?

• Is there a mileage limit?

  🚗 Each listing clearly shows the included mileage. If you purchased the Unlimited Mileage option, you're all set! 📊 Extra mileage will be charged per Turo’s rate if you exceed the limit.

• 🚧 Q: Do I need to pay for tolls?

  Tolls are not included by default. If you plan to use toll roads or bridges, please add the “Portable GPS” extra — it includes a toll pass with discounted rates. ✅ With this extra, you're allowed to use: SR-520 Floating Bridge Tacoma Narrows Bridge I-405 & SR-167 express lanes ❌ Without this extra, you are not authorized to use these toll routes. Any fines or fees from unauthorized toll usage will be your responsibility and submitted as a reimbursement through Turo.

• How do I unlock the car?

  🔓 We offer contactless check-in. Once your driver’s license is verified and required photos are uploaded, we’ll remotely unlock the car for you through the app. 📸 Please follow the check-in steps in the Turo app and upload the required photos before trip start.
