Rest assured you’re in good hands throughout the duration of your trip and feel free to ask any questions you may have. This vehicle requires premium gas only. The Q5 drove fantastic- super agile and just the right size for navigating Carmel’s busy streets. We loved the Apple CarPlay feature, and Louis thoughtfully provided both USB-C and Lightning cables for our phones. The Bang & Olufsen audio system was top-notch, and the panoramic sunroof and kick-sensor trunk were great bonuses. The car handled the rain beautifully, thanks to its Michelin tires and the Quattro system, which made us feel safe and confident on the wet February roads. Picking up from MRY Airport was a breeze- quick and seamless! Louis was an awesome host, always responding within minutes. Thank you again, Louis! This car made our first trip to Carmel even more memorable.
