Sure! Just make sure to take permission and add unlimited miles if you’re leaving a 300 mile radius of the home location.
What if my battery is 0%?
- Dead Battery/Towing: guest covers tow cost and any damage to secondary 12V battery. And will charged for the entirety of their trip still.
Are Pet's Allowed?
No, a fee will be charged if pets are taken into the car. If permission taken. A pet fee will be charged set by Turo!
Car Washes?
You can wash the car yourself or goto ever clean/waterway/rainstorm throughout Chicagoland. Just check which tag is on the windshield! Call us if you have any issues!
How charged will the car be during pick up?
Anywhere between 60-85%. This is because high state of charge levels for idle vehicles is bad for a electric vehicles battery. Please let us know ahead of time if you need a high state of charge. Or hit a nearby supercharger!
Cancellation’s/refunds?
Every cancellation or refund is processed per Turo policy. It might be a full refund or partial based on Turo policy.

Adil had a wonderful vehicle!!! It drove so well even in the rain!!! He was very communicative the entire time and Sana was also a great Co-Host as well.. The interior was beautiful the white definitely compliments the black and brown wood grain. Music quality was awesome as well. If I could give them 10 stars I would!!! Overall my experience was as expected!!!!
