Additional time during your rental
If you need any additional time during your rental please send me a message as there will be an hourly charge for the added time. You may also extend your rental prior to end time for a much better rate.
PETS
I love pets but - NO PETS PREFERRED! If you are traveling with a pet, I just ask that you keep the vehicle clean and free of all pet hair etc. I ask this to avoid issues with allergies. Any pet hair found in vehicles may incur additional cleaning fees.
AIRPORT Pick Up
We offer free delivery to airport parking garage but to get out from the garage you will need to pay between $2-25 to keep the rate low. Thank you for understanding
30 mins grace period
Turo does allow 30 mins grace period if your running late. Please contact me and let me know if you are running late to avoid a late fee. There is a late fee if these rules are not met.
ACCIDENTS
Please report any damages or accidents during your trip to avoid any extra fee and we can work it out directly instead of filing with TURO. It will save you money from Turo processing fee and minimize your deductible rather than submit it to TURO or your own insurance. I will send you before and after photos if I found some damages after you return for evidence Take as much photos as you can when you CHECK-IN and CHECK-OUT and document all current condition of the vehicles during your reservation.

I hate driving. The full self driving feature on this car is amazing! I had an 8 hour round trip drive and this car handled 95% of it. Usually I feel tired after a 4 hour drive, but I felt great after 4 hours in this car. The host was great and the communication is very fast and he’s very helpful.
One thing to note, I wasn’t able to charge the car at the pickup location because the charger wasn’t working (not the car’s fault). The host said I could charge it down the road or just leave it there. I assumed he was giving me permission to leave it without recharging (there was about 40% battery left). That’s on me, I should have asked if that’s what the host meant. But I just wanted to mention it in case someone else finds themselves in the same position. There’s an expensive fee if left without recharging.
