In order for me to provide the BEST quality of cars, service and experience on Turo, please read through the entire instruction and let me know if you have any question. Please take good care of the vehicle as if it's your own. So we could minimize the probability of having any issue with vehicle damage and report that would cost everyone additional time and money for the repair. Your experience and safety is my #1 concern. Thank you! COVID PROTOCOLS: Vehicle will be cleaned and disinfected in common area like door, steering wheel, shift knobs and etc in between each trips. Please wear a facial mask during pick-up and drop-off. VEHICLE INFORMATION: 2013 Nissan Rogue SUV has a 2.5 litter inline 4 cylinder engine that's designed to be fuel efficient. It is very easy to drive and has plenty room for the rear seats and cargo to carry all of your luggages. All fluid changed, new transmission cooler added for long distance trip, new motor mounts and transmission mount, new control arms and spark plug tune up. This Rogue is fully serviced and ready to go! CONDITION: Turo is not a rental car company. It's a peer to peer vehicle sharing company which means all of the vehicles are personally owned. Please respect the vehicle like it's your own property. This vehicle is cleaned inside and out before and after each use. Please keep the vehicle clean and tidy for the next renter. My vehicle is priced very competitively so sometimes its booked back to back. There will be an issue for me and the next guest if you can't return the vehicle clean on time. A cleaning fee of $50 will be charged for trash, mud, liquid spill, excessive dirt inside and bugs outside which a lengthy handwash is required. Additional cleaning fee may be charged if excessive thrash is found and detailing cleaning is required. There are multiple self car wash locations throughout the city which will only take no more than 30 minutes of your car if there's a need to perform the cleaning. I would highly recommend to purchase the post trip cleaning in the EXTRA. I made it affordable so you could save time and don't have to go to car wash to vacuum and clean the exterior of the vehicle. FUEL & MILEAGE: Vehicle comes with a full tank of gas so please return wth a full tank of gas (regular gas for this vehicle) or you will be charged for fuel. Mileage is limited to 200 miles a day unless unlimited mileage is purchased from extra services. Take a picture at the pickup to record your mileage. You may purchase the “Prepaid fuel” service to return vehicle at any level of gas. There's a gas station right next to the pick up and drop off location. Current premium gas price plus 15% will be charged if the vehicle is returned below original fuel level. SMOKING & PETS: Absolutely no smoking and pets. A penalty of $150 to $250 will be charged to perform detail cleaning as result of such violation. I wouldn't appreciate to find smoking odor in my vehicle and neither would my next guest so please don't do it at all! ACCIDENTS & TRAFFIC VIOLATION: If any accident and traffic violation occurs please report any damage and incident during your trip to avoid any extra reimbursement and legal fees.

Ethan was very accommodating. The car had some cosmetic defects and some interior that didn’t work, but Ethan explained that they were working on fixing them in the near future.

I rated this trip a 3 for several reasons that include the following: - The owner sent numerous messages to me prior to the rental with a list of details and demands that for the most part could have been stated in a few words. The "instructions" were absolutely ridiculous, and there's absolutely no reason to constantly bombard renters with such nonsense. - To make matters worse, the owner had the wrong parking area listed in his lengthy instructions. The car was in GG not DD as the owner stated plus he gave no directions as to where to actually find the vehicle. - After randomly walking around trying to find the vehicle, I sent the owner a message through Turo because he demanded in his instructions only to be contacted through Turo messaging. To my surprise, the owner's girlfriend calls me and rambles on and on about the location of the vehicle on Google maps that they provided. Renters don't need Google maps. We simply need to be told the exact location of the car. Plus the owner broke his own "rule" by having a third party that I had never corresponded with to contact me on my personal cell instead of Turo messaging so it could be tracked. - When we found the car, I noticed that the front driver's side had extensive damage and the car physically was a bit beat up. The owner buried this information about the damage in his overwhelming instructions. - The owner charged a $30 delivery fee to the airport, which I asked him to waive. He would not, which is fine. I understand that he needs to make money. However, he then forced me to pay $8 for parking when I picked up the car. Every other Turo owner that I've rented from has paid the parking. Just be prepared to pay for parking and the delivery fee plus walk to the furthest garage in the value parking at the airport. You would think for $38 that the owner could have made it more convenient for his renters. - As we drove the car, it rattled and shook on the highway. It definitely needs a tune up. Plus it made a screeching noise when we slowed down which was quiet embarrassing when we pulled into a outdoor party. The door locks are also messed up and locked/unlocked randomly. The interior was also pretty beat up with rips in the back of the seat and under the driver's side mat in the carpet. - I told the owner about these issues in which his response was that his experience with me was "below average." He takes absolutely no responsibility in renting a car that needs maintenance or providing clear instructions instead of the nonsense that he sent to me with the wrong information in it. To be clear, there was nothing "below average" about me. I paid on time, picked up and dropped off on time, delivered a spotless car back to the owner, and followed all of his insane instructions. To be fair, the pros of the rental that earned this owner a 3 star was the gas mileage and the fact that the vehicle didn't breakdown. That's about it.

Difficult renter to work with. Last minute booking for the trip and didn't bother read the instructions and prepare for the pickup. Wanted a discount for no reason just because it's $30 over her travel budget. Expecting a brand new car experience while renting a 10 year old car. All maintenance are up to date on this vehicle besides front bumper recently scratched by a renter. I'm an All Star and Power Host as well as owning a shop so my review weighs a lot and says a lot about this guest.
