The ride was great however there was an odor of cigarette smoke that I couldn’t get rid of. No matter how much air freshener I placed inside the vehicle. Honestly the car just wasn’t as clean as I thought it would have been.

The car was fine. It wasn’t anything great and did not have Apple Car Play like it said it did, but it does allow you to connect your phone to it. It got us where we needed to go, but was a very tight squeeze with 4 adults and 1 baby. My biggest issue is that we rented the Yeti cooler to use for our week long trip to the beach and when we picked the car up, the yeti cooler was not in the car. I messaged Angel and he said he forgot to put it in there. It was a real bummer to not have this when we planned on using it. He said he would send money to me for what I paid to rent the cooler through PayPal (which Turo does not even allow!) but still never even sent me my money through PayPal after saying each day that he would. He still has not returned my money for the cooler.
