Guests will be required to pay parking fee upon exiting the parking structure with the vehicle. — For delivery to "guests chosen location" you must have a secured driveway, street parking, or other location where the vehicle can be parked for up 12 hours before and after your reservation begins and ends.

EV RECHARGE INCLUDED FREE WITH POST-TRIP CLEANING. Purchase this extra and return the car hassle free, without worrying about cleaning or charging after your trip. Does not cover excessive dirtiness. Must return with minimum 20% charge.

Guidelines

I do not offer policy and guideline exceptions, it is your responsibility as a guest to read through the guidelines before you book. By booking my vehicle you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to all of my guidelines. CLEANING: - A MANDATORY $35 cleaning fee applies to ALL reservations regardless of trip length, no exceptions. - Prepay this fee by selecting "Post-trip cleaning" from "Extras" before checkout and receive FREE "EV RECHARGE" (please return the car at a minimum of 20% charge) - All vehicles are professionally hand washed, detailed, and sanitized after every single trip. - I do not allow guests to wash the vehicle themselves as special care and products are used to protect the vehicle and sanitize the cabin after each trip. Do not run the car through an automated car wash, it will scratch the paint and you will be billed for the damage. CHARGING: - Please return the vehicle with the same level of charge as you picked it up unless you purchase “post trip cleaning” with free ev charge. - You may use any Tesla Supercharging Station conveniently by clicking the closest one on the screen and plugging in when you arrive at the station. Your Tesla Supercharging use is billed to my Tesla account, I will then bill you for your Supercharger use at the end of your trip. - You may also use public level 2 chargers, public level 2 charging adapter included, please do not lose it as this will incur a $150 fee. - I do also include regular 110v charging cables with the vehicle to be used anywhere you have a regular household plug, best for using in a secured location overnight as this cable only gives you 3-5 miles of charge overnight. - Do not charge the car over 90% as this degrades the battery. Do not leave the car plugged in at a Tesla Supercharger past when the charging is complete, if you do, you could incur Supercharging Idle Fees up to $1 per minute. PICKUP and RETURN: - Pick up and return will be contactless. - All of my Tesla's feature Turo Go app unlock. You will use the Turo app to Unlock and Lock the car upon check in and check out. Please follow the Turo Go app check in procedures. - You will receive a key card with your reservation, you will not need to download the Tesla app, I do not offer this feature to guests. DOCUMENTATION: - Upon pick up, take a moment to carefully check the exterior and interior for any damage. - You must document any existing damages to the vehicle upon pick up by uploading photos to the Turo App. - You are responsible for any damage found on the vehicle unless it was documented at pick up. DAMAGES: - You are responsible for any damages to the vehicle caused during your rental period. - Any interior and exterior damages will be billed directly to you. This includes, but not limited to dents, door dings, scratches to paint or interior, wheel scratches, and chips or cracks to any glass on the vehicle. - Minimum charges apply to the following: **Door Dings or Minor Dents $200+ **Wheel Scratches $150+ **Paint Scratches $200+ **Interior Scratches $300+ TIRES & ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE: - Guests are responsible for fixing or replacing any tire that is damaged during their reservation. - Teslas do not carry spare tires. Most tire shops do not carry Tesla tires. - Turo Roadside Assistance only covers towing to the closest tire shop. - Guests are responsible for any towing costs to return the vehicle in the event a flat is unrepairable or a replacement tire is not found. MISSING ITEMS: - You are responsible for any items not returned with the vehicle. - Minimum charges apply to the following: **Lost or damaged key card $50+ **Lost parking garage key card $100 **Lost Vehicle documents and manuals $100 **Lost USB drive $100 **Lost public charging adapter $150 **Lost or damaged Charging Cable $500 NO SMOKING, NO SMOKING, NO SMOKING!!! - NO SMOKING or VAPING inside or even close to the vehicle. - Even the slightest cigarette, marijuana, vape or funky smell of any kind will result in a $250+ cleaning fee. PET POLICY: - Well behaved pets are welcomed in my vehicle under the following conditions: - Purchase the $75 "Pet Fee Extra" this covers the extra cleaning and replaces "Post trip cleaning" (does not cover pet accidents, excessive pet hair and smell, or any damages caused by the pet). - Notify me you will have a pet in the vehicle. - Guest is to bring something to cover the seats from getting damaged or keep the pet secured in a crate. EXCESSIVE USE and VEHICLE MONITORING: - All vehicles are tracked and remotely monitored for excessive use. - Excessive uses include, but are not limited to: high speed, hard acceleration, hard braking, burnouts, taking the vehicle to a race track, or off roading. - Guests will be warned if I receive any such notification of excessive use, multiple warnings will result in excessive use fees and or up to immediate cancellation of your reservation, immobilization of the vehicle, and return of the vehicle during your trip. SPEED AND ACCELERATION LIMITATIONS: - For your safety and the security of the vehicle, the following features have been limited: - APP ACCESS, there is no Tesla app access with your reservation, you will use the provided key card for vehicle access. - ACCELERATION is limited to "Chill Mode" - TOP SPEED has been limited to 90mph
