For pick ups and returns at our office it is extremely important to observe the following rules: 1. We must have a minimum of a 30 minute heads up via text or message. 2. IF you have your own car and wish to leave it parked at the office complex while you use our car, you can do so but at your own risk.

Guidelines

ALL OF OUR CARS ARE NON-SMOKING AND NO PET ODOR. IF ANY OF OUR CARS ARE RETURNED WITH SMOKE OR PET ODOR YOU WILL GET BILLED FOR A $50 CLEANING FEE (TO WIPE DOWN THE ENTIRE CAR), AND A $50 SMOKE FEE (TO OZONE THE SMELL OUT). IF THE CAR IS RETURNED WITH AN AIR FRESHENER YOU WILL BE CHARGED THE $50 CLEANING AND $50 SMOKE FEES AUTOMATICALLY. We would not want to have to charge the $100 or more, and we are absolutely sure you would not want to pay it either. So please please please don’t smoke or bring pets into our cars for the sake of guests who are allergic to either one. Sand is very difficult to remove from our cars and requires additional time to vacuum and wipe down. Therefore, if the car is returned with sand there will be an additional cleaning fee of $25-$100 depending on he time we spend cleaning it. Also, during love bug season in Florida any cars returned without cleaning them off will result in a $50 cleaning reimbursement fee. FOR OUR EV: You must not let the battery go down below 25 miles before recharging. This is very unhealthy for the battery and reduce es the life of the battery. Therefore we charge a $50 fee per occurrence. Please be mindful of this. Lastly, if you do not have internet connectivity on your phone, you will be given the password to the onboard wifi and pay $5 for wifi for car rental return communication purposes. We would recommend the portable wifi instead, its just safer this way for everyone. We thank you in advance for taking good care of our vehicle as it is an investment that we want to provide a great level of service with. REMEMBER: We do not profit off of these additional fees.   • Do I have to return the car as clean as I received it?

    The #1 etiquette in "Car Sharing" is that the shared car is expected to be returned as clean as it was delivered. Strong pet / smoke / or vomit odors will require Ozone Cleaning (up to $150) in addition to the cleaning fee. Pet hair, food / beverage spills, sand, and / or smashed bugs on the front of the car will incur up to the maximum cleaning fee of $50 or more.   • How do the Tolls Work?

    For your convenience, all of our vehicles are equipped with a SunPass so that you don't have to stop and pay along the way! We will bill you for tolls and airport parking (if applicable) directly through an “Incidental Invoice” via the Turo app at the end of your trip. Avoiding a toll road while in Orlando is practically impossible so if you are trying to maximize on your trip, by all means use the toll road!   • Can I use any of the Tesla Superchargers?

    Yes you can use any Tesla Supercharger because our car is directly backed by our credit card on file. We will seek a $18.95 reimbursement for every Supercharge, so please fill it to the full 90% on every visit. Be aware that the Tesla Superchargers also charge idle fees which are $1 per minute. We monitor how often you charge up to 100%. There is a $100 surcharge if you charge the battery to 100% more than 20% of your rental. We also charge a $50 fee for every time we are alerted that the charge fell below 10 miles. IF the battery reaches 0 (zero) we shall be forced to impose a $150 fine because this definitely damages the battery. Please do not let this happen! Thank you!!! (WARNING: PLEASE BE SURE TO ALWAYS USE THE ONBOARD GPS BECAUSE YOU HAVE TO LET THE CAR KNOW WHERE YOU ARE GOING SO THAT IT CAN TELL YOU WHERE TO CHARGE WHILE ON ROUTE TO YOUR DESTINATIONS.)

  • Can I take your car out of State?

    Our cars are not allowed to go out of state. You may make a request with us and we may approve you to go into GA/AL/SC/MI/TN but you would have to also Opt for the “Unlimited MIleage” options in extras. If a guest does go out of state without our permission and or without opting for the Unlimited Mileage, it will result in a $100 per day surcharge. All of our vehicles are equipped with an insurance monitor and we will be alerted if it travels out of the state of Florida. Disconnecting the monitoring device will also result in a $100 surcharge, as we are charged by our insurance company when this occurs. Also note that if any breakdowns, or accidents happen the guest is completely financially responsible for getting the car towed back to Orlando at their own expense.

  • Are there any charges for late deliveries or early returns?

    It is hard to say because it depends how late you are and if there is another reservation for your car right after your return. Generally we are flexible IF you are within the 24 hour period of your pick up time. If you know you are going to be late, then we expect you to request a time change so that we can plan our day accordingly. IF you are more than 30 minutes late, Turo may exercise their Late Return Policy which means you will be charged an extra day, along with any additional late fees. So please please please communicate with us and let us know your 20 and ETAs are as often as you can. Communication is everything in this car sharing business!

  • Can I change my pick up and return times and or locations?

    cYes you can. All we ask is that you do so via the app. Request your changes in time / location preference and if we can do it, we shall approve the request. Deliveries and returns before 9am or after 9pm (normal hours of operation) will incur an additional $30 delivery or drop off fee as well as higher parking fees.

  • Are there specific battery care / charging policies that I should be aware of?

    Negligible battery charging and care leads to premature battery degradation, which means that the life of the battery degrades which will require a full replacement of the battery before the car reaches 150,000 miles. What does negligible mean? It means to constantly charge the battery to 100% instead of the recommended 90%. It also means to charge it to 100% and let it sit overnight. It means to run the battery charge to below 10 miles or less. It means running to battery to 0. If guest is negligible in any of the above ways, we will charge the guest $25 for each case. We closely monitor our fleet because Teslas, nor their batteries are cheap. It is an investment and we have to protect our investment. We thank you in advance for taking good care of our batteries and Teslas.

  • Can I smoke cigarettes, weed, or vape in your car?

    🚭 NO. Please be advised that we promote and provide non-smoking vehicles, therefore, 𝘀𝗺𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 (whatever), vaping 𝗶𝘀 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗺𝗶𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗱 in any of our vehicles at any time. This is a firm restriction and you will incur a hefty fine if you do smoke / vape in our car. We have zero judgment if you smoke, but we also have zero tolerance if you do so in our car. Please respect that these are our personal vehicles and also our livelihood. We simply cannot rent out a vehicle that smells of smoke, and must take it offline for cleaning and ozone treatment. If you choose to ignore this, we will seek $𝟭𝟱𝟬 𝘁𝗼 $𝟯𝟬𝟬 𝗶𝗻 𝗿𝗲𝗶𝗺𝗯𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁, depending on severity. We thank you for not smoking in our cars!

Great car, fair price. Downsides were host was difficult to get ahold of, and unreasonably high flat fee to charge vehicle. Host was great once reached, overall would recommend. Also had an issue with card on file and instead of reaching out to resolve, host escalated invoice to turo.

Michael, I reviewed all our messages on the thread and we missed one message which was sent after hours and we answered the next day Bc Your question was not an emergency in nature, otherwise we would have answered immediately. We answered all other 17 messages w/in 1-3 min (please review the thread). The avg supercharge costs $18.95 it’s not unreasonable. Lastly, incidental invoices not paid w/in 3 days gets cancelled and we lose that $$ so we are forced to escalate bc it’s the turo app 🤷🏻‍♂️

Robert was very friendly and welcoming. He met me at the airport, and answered all of my questions about the car. During the rental he was very responsive and supportive. The car is amazing, with the FSD beta, and the charging time is fast (20 mins and you’ll be on your way). Also, it is a plus if you are a Star Wars fan! Definitely will rent from him again.

  • Can I use any of the Tesla Superchargers?

    Yes you can use any Tesla Supercharger because our car is directly backed by our credit card on file. We will seek a $18.95 reimbursement for every Supercharge, so please fill it to the full 90% on every visit. Be aware that the Tesla Superchargers also charge idle fees which are $1 per minute. We monitor how often you charge up to 100%. There is a $100 surcharge if you charge the battery to 100% more than 20% of your rental. We also charge a $50 fee for every time we are alerted that the charge fell below 10 miles. IF the battery reaches 0 (zero) we shall be forced to impose a $150 fine because this definitely damages the battery. Please do not let this happen! Thank you!!! (WARNING: PLEASE BE SURE TO ALWAYS USE THE ONBOARD GPS BECAUSE YOU HAVE TO LET THE CAR KNOW WHERE YOU ARE GOING SO THAT IT CAN TELL YOU WHERE TO CHARGE WHILE ON ROUTE TO YOUR DESTINATIONS.)

  • Can I take your car out of State?

    Our cars are not allowed to go out of state. You may make a request with us and we may approve you to go into GA/AL/SC/MI/TN but you would have to also Opt for the “Unlimited MIleage” options in extras. If a guest does go out of state without our permission and or without opting for the Unlimited Mileage, it will result in a $100 per day surcharge. All of our vehicles are equipped with an insurance monitor and we will be alerted if it travels out of the state of Florida. Disconnecting the monitoring device will also result in a $100 surcharge, as we are charged by our insurance company when this occurs. Also note that if any breakdowns, or accidents happen the guest is completely financially responsible for getting the car towed back to Orlando at their own expense.

  • Are there any charges for late deliveries or early returns?

    It is hard to say because it depends how late you are and if there is another reservation for your car right after your return. Generally we are flexible IF you are within the 24 hour period of your pick up time. If you know you are going to be late, then we expect you to request a time change so that we can plan our day accordingly. IF you are more than 30 minutes late, Turo may exercise their Late Return Policy which means you will be charged an extra day, along with any additional late fees. So please please please communicate with us and let us know your 20 and ETAs are as often as you can. Communication is everything in this car sharing business!

  • Can I change my pick up and return times and or locations?

    cYes you can. All we ask is that you do so via the app. Request your changes in time / location preference and if we can do it, we shall approve the request. Deliveries and returns before 9am or after 9pm (normal hours of operation) will incur an additional $30 delivery or drop off fee as well as higher parking fees.

  • Are there specific battery care / charging policies that I should be aware of?

    Negligible battery charging and care leads to premature battery degradation, which means that the life of the battery degrades which will require a full replacement of the battery before the car reaches 150,000 miles. What does negligible mean? It means to constantly charge the battery to 100% instead of the recommended 90%. It also means to charge it to 100% and let it sit overnight. It means to run the battery charge to below 10 miles or less. It means running to battery to 0. If guest is negligible in any of the above ways, we will charge the guest $25 for each case. We closely monitor our fleet because Teslas, nor their batteries are cheap. It is an investment and we have to protect our investment. We thank you in advance for taking good care of our batteries and Teslas.

  • Can I smoke cigarettes, weed, or vape in your car?

    🚭 NO. Please be advised that we promote and provide non-smoking vehicles, therefore, 𝘀𝗺𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 (whatever), vaping 𝗶𝘀 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗺𝗶𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗱 in any of our vehicles at any time. This is a firm restriction and you will incur a hefty fine if you do smoke / vape in our car. We have zero judgment if you smoke, but we also have zero tolerance if you do so in our car. Please respect that these are our personal vehicles and also our livelihood. We simply cannot rent out a vehicle that smells of smoke, and must take it offline for cleaning and ozone treatment. If you choose to ignore this, we will seek $𝟭𝟱𝟬 𝘁𝗼 $𝟯𝟬𝟬 𝗶𝗻 𝗿𝗲𝗶𝗺𝗯𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁, depending on severity. We thank you for not smoking in our cars!

Great car, fair price. Downsides were host was difficult to get ahold of, and unreasonably high flat fee to charge vehicle. Host was great once reached, overall would recommend. Also had an issue with card on file and instead of reaching out to resolve, host escalated invoice to turo.

Michael, I reviewed all our messages on the thread and we missed one message which was sent after hours and we answered the next day Bc Your question was not an emergency in nature, otherwise we would have answered immediately. We answered all other 17 messages w/in 1-3 min (please review the thread). The avg supercharge costs $18.95 it’s not unreasonable. Lastly, incidental invoices not paid w/in 3 days gets cancelled and we lose that $$ so we are forced to escalate bc it’s the turo app 🤷🏻‍♂️

Robert was very friendly and welcoming. He met me at the airport, and answered all of my questions about the car. During the rental he was very responsive and supportive. The car is amazing, with the FSD beta, and the charging time is fast (20 mins and you’ll be on your way). Also, it is a plus if you are a Star Wars fan! Definitely will rent from him again.
