To prevent the spread of germs during this flu season every car is cleaned thoroughly with anti-bacterial before and after each trip. Cars will also be inspected before every trip to ensure in good running condition. ** TOLLS: Road fees or TOLLS are not included in the advertised rate. ** PLEASE PICK UP AND DROP OFF THE CAR ON TIME. Pet fee

Pet(s) is welcome to our car. We all know pet is as good as our family member, however some time it will be hassle to remove their hair from the car. Only apply to pet hair removal, damages caused by them are not included.

Pets welcome, but please return the car clean and remove all pet's hair or smell. If car returned with pet's hair or smell, Turo can charge in excess $150 for detail and cleaning services.

  • What if emergency happened?

    Please call 911 if emergency. For non-emergency or semi-emergency, please contact Turo support @support.turo.com or message me via turo message. Please allow 1-2 hours response time.

  • Do we have to clean the car when returning?

    Car will be given clean, please make sure to return the car in same condition. Anything that requires more than a waterless wash and shakeout of car mats will be charged an appropriate cleaning fee.   • Is smoking permitted in the car?

    NO SMOKING! If there is any lingering smell cigarette, marijuana, vaping smell we will report to Turo. Turo can charge in excess $150 for detail and cleaning services.

  • Will car come activated with toll pass?

    All of our fleets are on FasTrak License plate account. You can go pass the tolls or Fastrak Lane(Carpool) but FasTrak will not BE able to determinate how many people inside of the car during the time when you are on the carpool lane which mean you will be charged for all of the tolls and carpool lane even you have more then 3 people in the car. We will request reimbursement after your trip ended. Thank you.

  • Does gas need to be filled?

    Car will usually come with a full tank of Premium 91 gas. We use Premium 91 gas on all of our fleet. Please return it at same fuel level fuel. Please note travelers are responsible for bringing back the vehicle with the same gas level as when it is picked up, as per Turo policy. If not filled, it would be actual cost of gas + $10 inconvenience fee. Costco premium gas is acceptable. There is a Shell/Costco 1-2 minutes away from our pick up and drop off location.
