Car has Aux output, bring your own cable. Easily holds 4-5 friends plus boards and gear or fold the back seats flat for more storage. AUX plug available - bring your own cable. This is the perfect part to take on a camping trip to Yosemite or Lassen national park. This is one of the few cars that allows pets. - If you need a ski rack I have one, let me know 24 hours in advance and I will install it on the car. Gas: Gas will be full at pick-up. Please return the gas full. Missing Gas: If gas is return not full, we will order a valet to refill it at the nearest gas station. A service charge of $15 will be added + to cost of gas. Toll: Any toll outstanding will be paid via pay by plate. You will see the reimbursement request in a week. Tickets: If you get any tickets during your rental, please pay them off yourself. If we receive a ticket in the mail that has not yet been paid, we will pay the ticket and charge you the full amount + $25 processing fee. If you get pulled over, the vehicle registration and Turo insurance cards are located in the booklet in the glove compartment.   • How does airport (SFO) pick and drop off work?

    Instructions: The Turo Valet lot near SFO is open from 6:00 am to 10:00 pm every day. Complimentary transportation to the lot will be requested for you by Turo. After you have collected your bags, please go to the Departures Level at SFO and request your ride using the following instructions: Text the keyword “TURO” to (650) 900-4714 When prompted, text your terminal number, door number, and number of guests in your party A Turo Valet attendant will request a rideshare vehicle, and text you the driver’s details and provide an ETA for your pickup If you are unable to send and receive text messages, please call the Turo Valet lot at (650) 826-9761.

  • How does delivery work?

    The delivery fee is what you pay to have the vehicle delivered to your address. It includes delivery and pickup at the specified address. Message me if you want modification with different pickup and drop off location I am sure we can work something out.

  • How does toll bridge (Fast trak work).

    All cars are equip with Fast/Trak and plate pass. Please keep track of how much you spend on it and reimburse me at the end of the trip.

  • What if I need to extend my trip?

    Please request an extension using the "modify trip" button on your reservation page. If the system says you can not extend the trip than the car has been rented out for those days.

  • If you need a ski rack?

    Please confirm 24 hours before the trip that you require a ski rack and I will have one put up.

Communication and coordination could not have been better. William was extremely thorough and responsive. He’s clearly a pro at this. The car is old and rundown. You need an auxiliary cord to connect your phone. CD player doesn’t work. It’s a loud ride and a gas guzzler. While it was generally clean I was surprised to find deodorant and other random things in the console and around the front seats.
