A service charge of $15 will be added + to cost of gas. Toll: Any toll outstanding will be paid via pay by plate. You will see the reimbursement request in a week. Tickets: If you get any tickets during your rental, please pay them off yourself. If we receive a ticket in the mail that has not yet been paid, we will pay the ticket and charge you the full amount + $25 processing fee.   • How does airport (SFO) pick and drop off work?

    Instructions: The Turo Valet lot near SFO is open from 6:00 am to 10:00 pm every day. Complimentary transportation to the lot will be requested for you by Turo. After you have collected your bags, please go to the Departures Level at SFO and request your ride using the following instructions: Text the keyword “TURO” to (650) 900-4714 When prompted, text your terminal number, door number, and number of guests in your party A Turo Valet attendant will request a rideshare vehicle, and text you the driver’s details and provide an ETA for your pickup If you are unable to send and receive text messages, please call the Turo Valet lot at (650) 826-9761.

  • What kind of gas should I put in the car?

    87 Octane please.

  • How does toll bridge (Fast trak work).

    All cars are equip with Fast/Trak and plate pass. Please keep track of how much you spend on it and reimburse me at the end of the trip.

  • How does delivery work?

    The delivery fee is what you pay to have the vehicle delivered to your address. It includes delivery and pickup at the specified address. Message me if you want modification with different pickup and drop off location I am sure we can work something out.

  • What if I need to extend my trip?

    Please request an extension using the "modify trip" button on your reservation page. If the system says you can not extend the trip than the car has been rented out for those days.

  • I need a ski rack?

    Please message me 24 hours in advance to allow me time to set one up.

William was a perfect host. He even helped us access the car to retrieve an item we left while he himself was traveling. His communication was flawless and everything he said about the vehicle was accurate. We took the Nissan Rogue up to the High Sierra by Bear Valley Ski Resort. The snow this year is incredibly deep and we drove in at night as more was coming down. The Rogue was comfortable and secure during all of it. We could not have had a better all wheel drive vehicle for the trip.

Excellent car and a really nice thoughtful owner! I went to Tahoe during a blizzard and felt safe and secure with the 4 wheel drive and winter tires on. I had no problem passing two chain controls. The car's performance in the snow was just great, and I was also impressed how smooth my whole ride was. Easy pick up and drop off. William opened and closed the car remotely, which was really cool. He was very responsive and easy to communicate with, even sent me a message reminding me to check the condition of the road to make sure I'd be back on time. Overall, very happy with the experience, gladly recommend William and would definitely rent from him again!
