Guidelines
- Car comes with Fastrak toll tag (electronic toll collection system). Reimbursement will be requested through the Turo app within 72 hours of your trip completion. No markup on toll fees. You pay what is charged to the tag during your trip. Tag ID is - This SUV runs on diesel fuel, which is available at the majority of gas stations and several stations the pickup and drop off point. Diesel is usually cheaper than regular gas but gives much better mileage. Please make sure you refuel with diesel and save your receipt to verify. - When parking, ensure all your valuables are out of sight, all car windows are rolled up and the car is locked. - NO SMOKING ALLOWED DURING TRIP - Vehicle will be inspected after your trip and I'd hate to have to charge you the $250 smoking fine and you'd be subjected to being banned from the Turo platform.

Do I need snow chains to drive in the snow with this car?
No, the car is equipped with new M/S rated tires, and you will be able to bypass chain control if driving to Tahoe or elsewhere. Chains are never permitted on the car as it will harm the 4Matic all wheel drive system.
Where can I find Diesel to fill up?
Diesel is available at most gas stations, some that have it near the drop-off point in San Francisco are Shell at 1201 Harrison St, Chevron at 501 S Van Ness Ave, and Shell at 2890 3rd St. Diesel usually costs the same or less than regular gas but gives you much better mileage so it's a great deal!
