Almost new 2017 Mercedes Benz GLA 250 4Matic. Exceptionally clean(thorough sanitation after every ride), nice white color, all wheel drive, drives like brand new. Comfortable ride for up to 5 passengers. PICK UP & RETURN - Vehicles are located in a convenient address, very accessible SHUTTLE SERVICE & DELIVERY - Complimentary luxury shuttle service is provided to bookers arrive at Oakland International Airport - Complimentary luxury shuttle service is provided to anywhere within 5 miles of Alameda city - Free delivery up to 25 miles from Alameda city is provided for booking of 7+ days Please Note: - No smoking is allowed anytime in the vehicle, maximum applicable smoking fee will be added if there are any lingering smell of cigarettes - Please let the host know in advance if you will bring your pet on your trip - The car will be provided to you with a full tank, please return with a full tank or choose the prepaid refuel extra that we offer - Always keep the key with you. Key lost will result of $550 replacement charge - If you need parking service for your own vehicle, we charge $10/day for our outdoor parking, and $25/day for our garage parking. Our parking is in a safe neighborhood and we will monitor your car 24/7 - Please treat the car kind!

Can renters leave their car with you during their trip?
Yes, we can provide parking for your vehicle, and we charge $10/day for our outdoor parking, and $25/day for our garage parking. Our parking is in a safe neighborhood and we will monitor your car 24/7 to make sure it is safe.
How much will renter be charged if the car is not returned with similar gas level as he took the car?
We will charge $10 processing fee plus the gas difference. Gas price reference: Alameda Safeway gas price (credit card) https://www.gasbuddy.com/station/176423 We strongly encourage you to return the car at similar gas level as you take it. Or you can choose our prepaid refuel option for $75/trip.

Can I return the car earlier than schedule or extend the trip?
Yes, as long as your new schedule doesn’t overlap with our other bookings. On Turo App, just go to reschedule or remodify button to make change ASAP, we will also try to confirm your change ASAP
Is this car registered with Fastrak?
Yes, it will scan the License Plate & subtract tolls from our bank account; so, go ahead, we will bill you through Turo App later after your trip is done.
Can I bring my pet during my trip?
We currently only allow dog and cat in the car. If you plan to bring your dogs or cats on your trip, please let us know when you book your trip, we will prepare a pet back seat cover for you, also for protecting our leather seat. The pet fee is $50/trip. Additional cleaning fee may be charged to renter if the car is returned in a condition that requires more than regular cleaning. The renter will be responsible for any damage his pet causes to the vehicle.
Does renter need to pay post trip cleaning fee?
We don’t charge for regular cleaning. However, if the car is returned in a condition that requires more than regular car wash, additional cleaning fee could be applied to the renter.
