Guests MUST take pictures of vehicle BEFORE and AFTER their trip (all 4 sides and odometer/fuel level). Tolls are covered with Fastrak via the license plate. Reimbursement requests will be sent shorty after the trip ends. We are not able to reimburse for early returns as it is not possible to re-coup lost rental fees.

The car ran great, but the interior wasn’t very clean, and there were several dents/missing front bumper. Maggie was a wonderful host however and super easy to coordinate with!

Excellent first experience with Turo. Vehicle was perfect with no issues. My rental was for leisure and Maggie even provided several “local” tips for dining and sightseeing that I hadn’t read about online.

Car drove well. Host was easy to coordinate with. Car interior was gross dirty, really could have used a simple wide down of dash, gear shift, controls, and seats.
