Please notify me if there are any damages or emergencies that occur during your trip, so I can help assist you with the best resources in reach. Should you need immediate emergency access, please don’t hesitate to call 911. Please use the tools available to you as they are intended and do not remove/take accessories from the vehicle when your trip is completed. All Bridge Toll use will be requested as a reimbursed at the end of your trip, if they are not otherwise purchased for your booking in advance; you can find and add these into your trip prior to pick up under the “Extras” category titled “One Way Trip”. FasTrac Toll Tag Transponder ID# 01454230576 For re-charging battery during all hybrid/electric driving please use J1772 compatible station. A full charges typically takes about 2.5hrs. Please recharge to full before the vehicle returns, otherwise there is a service fee in addition the price of electric charge. 17.2 gallons of fuel is a full tank of gas for this vehicle. Please refuel to full before returning the vehicle otherwise a Gas Service Fee will be charged to all bookings that don’t return the car with a full tank of gas (or otherwise to the same level gas in which it was received at initial pick up), in addition to the price of unfulfilled gas. But you can avoid this by adding in haste-free “Prepaid Refuel” option in advance, under your “Extras” options. I brief every guest during the check in process to avoid this and send a friendly reminder before drop off. Please return the vehicle back to the fill line to which it was given. Late Vehicle Fee will occur when late returns at the end of the trip that are unable to be modified and approved in advance. Please see Turo guidelines for more info. Over Milage Fee will occur for every mile over designated trip amount, but you can avoid this in advance by adding “Unlimited Miles” under your “Extras” options. Smoking is not permitted in the vehicle. You will be charged a minimum $250 Cleaning Service Fee if the interior has to be shampooed to remove the smoke damage and may be charged for additional damages such as replacement of seat covers. Animals are not permitted in the vehicle. Super clean, fun, relatively easy to drive although the car likes to go into park instead of reverse so pay attention to that.

Thanks for letting me know, I looked into to see if there was any issue with the shifter or button on it that you hold down when changing gears; it may have not been pressed in all the way when going into reverse. The only other thing I can think of is the safety feature that is turned on, which will automatically break for you if it senses any potential obstruction during reverse. I know you had it in a tight garage so sensors could have been picking up something to avoid hitting backing out.

Tyler was super easy to work with with. Pick up and drop off were a breeze in a safe area. The automatic retractable roof on the Jeep made for an amazing road trip up to Yosemite. Highly recommend this vehicle for the extra special touch to your trip.
