Previous renter was right about the dog 🐶 hair :( When another renter don't follow the rule we all get affected, he got the car before we were able to see it :( so he got caught up to. Rest assured the car was taken care of, no more pet hair. Please leave your fluffy lovely dog home :) we love them too sigh 😔 Super excellent SUV to drive around whether your here for business or just simply having fun this is the perfect safe care to get you where you need to go. Guidelines

Please follow instructions carefully to avoid delay. 1. Once you done take the first 5 photos (1 selfie with you holding your driver license and the rest if the car Front, Right, Left and Back ), once you done text us we will unlock the car this will only take 5-7 minutes Next 2. Take photo of the odometer showing mileage and gas level FYI: Failure to upload any of the above photos will result in the car shutting down on you which will take another 15-30 minutes to resolves. The pick up went fine. Except the vehicle was nothing like the photos. They pictures must have been YEARS old or something. Then I got stuck doing mandatory overtime at work, and even though I stayed in constant communication with the owner, he threatened me in text messages saying he was going to call the police and report the car stolen!!! At this time The car wasn’t even 4 hours late yet!! And I had already contacted him and turo and informed them of the situation. When I first entered the car I was in shock. It smelled like an ash try and dirty feet...and it was so filthy disgusting!!!! It drove like crap and sounded like it was gonna break down on me at any moment. I was actually scared. The seat covers were all ripped up and there was dirt and hair EVERYWHERE!!! I contacted the owner regarding this immediately, and Turo.,, but I was charged the full rental price anyway!! It was not a pleasant experience at all! When I informed the owner of the condition of the car, he blamed it on the renter before me, but I went back and read prior reviews...which I should of done first...and almost all of the renters said the same thing and had same complaints as me. This tells me that the owner is well aware of the poor condition of this vehicle and chooses to use inaccurate or old photos on the car listing and chooses to take renters hard earned money anyway, knowing they will not enjoy their time in the car! NOT COOL AT ALL! If you rent this car you WILL NOT be happy.

Car was not taken care of well. Extremely dirty and smell inside was unbearable. Car sounded like it could break down at any moment. Felt unsafe.

The car got us to and from our destination but I don’t think it was worth the cost. The check engine and change oil light both stayed on for the few days we had it. The first two settings for the car’s AC are also busted. The gas mileage listed was also inaccurate. If you need bare minimum, the car still works and communicating with the owner was very easy.
