The Wagoneer is nice overall, good amount of space. A bit challenging to know how to use things-a group of 6 adults had to google how to open the gas tank and put down the back seat so we could put our luggage. This is not the owner's fault so didn't decrease stars due to that.
The pickup/drop off is not convenient from the airport. I am unsure how other turo users are doing this since Max reported that the airport no longer allows Turo to park there. The 601 Farragut address that was given in the pick-up drop-off instructions does not actually exist. My uber each way was $10 so add that $20 to the cost. Then you have to find the vehicle parked along a street somewhere. When you drop it off, you have to hope to find parking on that same street.
Finally, the wheels are balding almost to the point of being unsafe. I was with 5 law enforcement officers and they were uncomfortable taking it fast on the highway due to the tread.

I had an overall great experience renting from Max. He was very responsive and quick to answer any questions I had throughout my weekend getaway. The Wagoneer was well-maintained and smelled great, with no unpleasant odors. The only minor issue was that the ride was a bit shaky due to three tires being worn down, while only one was brand new, which affected the balance. Aside from that, everything was great, and I would definitely rent from Max again in the future.
