Guidelines
Please return the car with the amount of fuel you received. If not, per Turo policy, the cost to replace the missing fuel plus a $10* convenience fee will apply. Please do not lose your key. If lost, a replacement fee will be incurred. Smoking is strictly prohibited 🚭 and may result in additional fees up to $250 and account restrictions. Significant cleaning, including spills, smells, and smoke, will incur an additional cleaning fee of up to $150. Toll fees are NOT included and invoices will be sent 7 days after the trip ends.

Car quality was great. Host responsiveness and communication is non-existent. Messaged the host a week ago, and never got a response till I messaged him 2 days before the trip.
Host have 2 options for pickup, but never explains anything fully in detail. Free pickup in Bart Station doesn't mean free pickup. He never explained the transit bart times nor did he explained that we would have to pay to get to the car.
I will never book with this Turo person ever again!

Thank you for the feedback, Ben. Sorry for not communicating enough with you. Once you booked the trip I sent a message with info about the process and gave more 14hrs before the trip starts. I missed one message and replied to the next one. I assumed you knew how to get to the location with the address and how to find the car, though I stood by just in case you needed guidance.I agree, I could have been more proactive. Sorry. I’ll make sure it wont happen again. Thank you for your business.

Smooth pick up and drop off process and offers free car wash. Only issue was tires were getting low on treads and registration sticker was expired. Overall good experience and will book again.

Thank you for the feedback Nate. You’re right, the tire threads were getting low. I’ll bring it for an inspection soon and if they are below 5 I’ll have them replaced. I sent you a picture of the new registration in case you needed it.
