I wish I could leave 4.9 stars. The Escalade was great! It handles well and has nice acceleration for its size. It’s clean and smells nice (I’ve driven some smelly Turo vehicles), so that’s always a plus! The interior is beautiful with TONS of amenities for your passengers. This is a great rental choice for families that require entertainment while driving. My issue that prevents me from giving 5 stars was my pick-up AND drop-off experience. Prasanth was running behind, and ended up arriving 11 minutes after my scheduled pick up time. This would have been less problematic had he better communicated his tardiness. I had to initiate the conversation asking where he was. He did not even respond to my question asking where he was until five minutes after my reservation start time. Then, he requested a late drop-off on drop-off day. When I told him I needed to leave as soon as I finished closing out the reservation, he again asked for me to stay late. While I was able to stay until his requested time, it just felt like a complete lack of respect for my time.
