There were no written instructions on how to get the key but host was easily accessible by phone and verbal instructions were clear. I had no problems with car.

Excellent quality vehicle. Host was fantastic. He went above and beyond to help us with some app issues that we were having with Turo. If you are visiting the Salt Lake area Action Plus is the host to use!
