Pros:
Car was well maintained, clean, drove very well, comfortable, good mileage.
Convenient pick up and drop off location close to the airport.
Good communication.
Cons:
Listed as having a ski rack, it does not, at least not yet.
Listed as snow tires, they were just all season. Gets going very well with the awd but braking and turning on snow are marginal.
No ice scraper (yet).
Only half tank. Plate number listed was not correct one.
I have the car booked again, hopefully the small issues will be resolved by then. This really should have been 4 stars at most but hoping they work on it.

Car was good. A a few dents and scrapes. Pick up spot was very convenient however we had to pay for the parking garage fee this was separate charge and was not communicated since there is also a charge to pick up at the airport. Didn’t have a ski box as requested at rental.

Was 30 minutes late, otherwise good. Said there would be a ski rack, but only has cross bars, so bring some ratchet straps. Price was good, vehicle clean and ran well.
