No need to wait for approval! • Delivery and Pick up is easy and we will do all we can to accommodate your needs. • Car seats, strollers, coolers and lounge chairs and other items are available for this car as an extra. • This is an All-Wheel drive vehicle and is fitted with all season tires perfect for the mountains and snow. • This vehicle has four doors and seats five people. The back holds two large suitcases or six large suitcases with the third row collapsed. ***IMPORTANT INFORMATION ON RENTING THIS CAR*** *. This is a PREMIUM vehicle and requires Premium Fuel. You must fill the car with Premium Fuel only or you will gum up the catalytic converter which in some of my cars is a $3000 mistake. *. We do not allow skis in the back of any of our cars. *. We ask that the car be returned with a clean interior and exterior (doesn't have to be spotless), but we do expect the car to be clean. Thanks!!! *.   • PARKING DETAILS

    Dial 085 at the complex garage gate and we will buzz you in. Return car back into stall 606 where it was picked up from. If host is not there to retrieve keys from you or during after hours just leave the keys in the car. Car will not lock with key in it and that's ok. Just leave the keys in the center council as the area is secured with cameras. Thank you.

  • Are the Miles for a trip Flexible?

    Yes. The vehicle come standard with 300/miles per day allotment. Additional miles can be purchased if needed.

  • What happens if I am Late Picking up the Car or Dropping it off?

    You will need to change your trip details date and time in the app. This will make the times and dates match and verify if the car is available. When picking it up, it will typically be the same instructions you received to pick up the car. If you are going to be late, you could be interfering with the next potential renter. By-law in many states, we have to report the car as missing after 1 hour so we can make sure we are covered, so please make sure you are on time or have changed your trip details. If your late return affects an incoming reservation you will be asked to compensate any loss or refund that will have to reimburse.

  • Do I need to Return the Car Washed and Cleaned?

    Yes, it is customary when renting cars out from a car sharing platform, that you return them washed and cleaned and prepared for the next renter. Car washes are complimentary at any and all SUPER SONIC Car Wash locations in Utah. They also offer free vacuum use at these locations to make life a bit easier. A $40.00 post trip cleaning fee will be applied if vehicle is not cleaned prior to return.

  • What happens if I put the Wrong Type of Fuel in a Vehicle?

    This vehicle uses Premium Fuel only, If proper fuel is not used you will gum up the catalytic converter which in this vehicles case is $3000 to repair. It is very costly if the wrong gas is used and would be at your expense. We will do our best to work it out with your insurance company, but it isn’t often covered.

  • If I lock the Keys in the Car or lose the Keys what Happens?

    Most cars need to be towed to the dealership to have computerized machines reprogram the keys to the make and model of car. So it typically costs a towing fee, a replacement fob, and then a key reprogramming fee. This can be as high as $750 in expenses. Please do not lose keys or lock them in the vehicle. Or call a locksmith to come get you out of the bind.

  • What Should I know about Insurance and how it Works?

    You should check with your own personal insurance company and make sure you are covered when renting a car from a car sharing company insurance program. We have learned that often there are different rules for car sharing companies with your credit card insurance and with your own personal insurance as we are not a car rental company. You need to make sure you are covered. If there is a problem, we will be contacting your insurance company and working directly with them.

  • What happens if I get into a wreck or involved in an accident?

    We ask you to text us on the app immediately and we will assist in the proper steps to take. We will make sure we qualify for coverage with your personal insurance company. You will want to call the local police station and get an accident report number. Also, you will need to get a copy of the other party's drivers license and insurance information. After messaging us on the app, you can text me directly at 801-652-5557.

  • The Car has a Check Engine Light or Tire Pressure Monitor Light on, what happens?

    Before each rental we do all we can to make sure the check engine lights are off and the tire pressure monitors are working and we check them before and after each trip. 97% of the time the check engine lights are not a problem, and with the different temperatures in Utah the Tire Pressures Maintenance Lights often go on and off with the change of temperature. If there seems to be an obvious issue with the vehicle please call us and we will help get you directions to the nearest auto shop to have it looked at.

  • I accidently got a Crack in the Windshield. What should I do?

    A couple options are, you can take it to a local windshield glass shop and return the car as you received it or we can have shops we work with fix it after the trip. However, you will pay a small convenience fee and up to the cost of the windshield.

  • What happens if there are Small Dings, Scratches and Rim Rash?

    We ask for you to be responsible and do your best to avoid these little tiny issues. We understand things are going to happen, but they do hurt the resale value of our cars. We ask you to let us know about the little things that happen to a car and if it is large enough and a big enough issue, we will ask for compensation.

  • How many can this vehicle seat?

    Technically this is a 7 seater. The third row is more shallow and we find will only seat 2 adults comfortably and is collapsible for more trunk space. The second row was build for comfort as you will find luxury and comfort with two captain chairs and center consol. Second row chairs collapse for easy access to third row. That's why we list it as a 6 seater but can easily fit 7 if the back row is used for 3 small children.

  • What if I can’t or forget to refill the gas tank before I return the vehicle at the end of the rental?

    Should you not be able to fill up the gas tank prior to your return we can do it for you. We will provide you with a photo of the receipt paid for your gas in your trip photo details. There is standard Turo fee of $10 for this service that will be applied also.

Let me just say hands down best service EVER!!!! My family and I needed a comfortable, spacious and reliable vehicle for our 4 day visit in the beautiful state of Utah. We arrived late at night and the owner personally dropped off the vehicle to us. We had 6 big luggage including myself and my 5 teenage children. We all fitted comfortably. The car was so clean both inside and out. It drove so smoothly during the duration of our stay, mind you there was all kinds of weather that week, from Rain to snow. The drop off was just as easy and convenient. My family and I fly standby and the owner was just as convenient with my last minute changes in our flight schedules. I couldn’t have asked for anything more. Hands down AMAZING SERVICE to go with a beautiful SUV! Thank you again HARRY!!! Mahalo from your home state Hawaii🤙🏽
